All orders require a processing time of 4 business days before being shipped. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Timeframes
Once your order has been processed, shipping typically takes 4–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier availability. We ship orders via trusted carriers to ensure reliable delivery.
Estimated Delivery = Processing Time (5-7 business days) + Shipping Time 5-7 business days)
Total estimated delivery time is between 10 to 14 business days from the date your order is placed.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped and is in the hands of the carrier, The Dime Brand is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking information for assistance.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or international addresses.
